Reduced Rates

I reserve a select number of reduced-rate appointments for clients with limited resources. Please reach out to me for more information regarding a reduced fee.

Forms of payment

I accept payment by cash, check, credit or debit cards, and Health Savings Account cards.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, United Healthcare/Optum and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I can also provide receipts for clients who wish to see me as an out-of-network provider seeking reimbursement for services. Clients who choose to use an out-of-network provider or opt out of using their insurance benefits for treatment will receive a Good Faith Estimate. This will be an estimate of the maximum expected costs for services for a year of treatment, and will not reflect any potential reimbursement provided by your insurance company. The purpose of this estimate is to prevent unexpected high medical costs for patients using an out-of-network provider. Ethical Requirements

Per the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Counsil licensing laws, all clients have the right to request their health records from my practice and for all health records to remain private and protected through HIPAA regulations. Clients may request their records through email or other written correspondence.

All clients have the right to contact my licensing board at https://bhec.texas.gov/contact-us/ for complaints or concerns related to my services and ethical practices.

All clients have the right to file a consumer complaint against my practice at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection.
